Multifold Rescuer – Rajalakshmi Engineering College, Chennai 01/2019 – 05/2019

• A multifunctional Wheelchair designed to help the physically challenged.

• I lead the designing part of the project considering the calculations and GD&T.

• The speciality of this wheelchair is that it is the combination of a stretcher, a staircase climber and a wheelchair.

• The tri–wheel system not only helps in the stair climbing but also has a multi-terrain functionality. WORK EXPERIENCE

Technical Intern - Intelligence Quality, Guindy, Chennai 12/2019 – 01/2020

• Interned from Intelligence Quality for Devendra Autocom ltd on Lean Management.

• Gathered and compiled production department’s product-wise SOP’s data for the study on further improvements on definition and procedure.

• United and promoted 5s and Kaizen around the company.Did SMED analysis on the Internal and External to decrease NVA and increase VA time to improve Process Efficiency.

• Created a NEW STORE LAYOUT based on the inventory, A-B-C analysis and forecasts. IMPLANTS AND WORKSHOP

• Implant on Injection moulding at Unitech Plasto Components Ltd.

• Implant on Automotive Design at Experts Hub.

• Done a workshop on IC Engine at MIT via Top Engineers.

• Attended workshop on kaizen and 5s via NIQR society. POSITIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Founder – Kratos(start-up) – Managed the start-up with a bunch of my friends in socially viral products and selling inside the college. Backed up by E-CELL society.

• CEO – Hexamart(start-up) – Overtook this out running college start-up explored the idea of rerouting the supply chain to get back in the business. Backed up by E-CELL society.

• Team Member – BAJA 2019 – As a member of the Powertrain subsystem and a trainee, learnt about the ATV’s design and fabrication modules and helped out seniors in some troubleshooting.

• Lead Designer – BAJA 2020 – As a member of the Wheels and brakes subsystem, designed the Knuckle and Hub. Also helped in troubleshooting issues on the design of other subsystems mainly on the suspension subsystem.
