Corrective and preventive Maintenance of E&M Equipment.

Attend all MDT related tasks.

Outage Reporting (Analyze daily outage Report and stating the Root cause of these outages.

Root causes Analysis for daily report from FO. Analyze Daily Alarm Report and sort out the Active alarms and Follow up with the Subcontractor to clear these alarms. Also investigate the repetition of the alarms.

Receiving Escalation from FO (FRONT OFFICE) and follow up with Subcontractor till these alarms clear.

Checking the Competency of Subcontractor and team distribution.

To make Quote comparison of all participant vendor as per their technical specs.

After PO approval, to get project execution plan with timelines and to ensure to meet project timelines and also work quality as per standards

Finally to prepare the HO/TO documentations of projects including their PAT.

Same above working for New incoming project during whole year

Also to participate in Financial Budge meeting, to make a budge.

More than 20 MGWs up- gradated for power and space in one year( PMCL)

In 2011, big fire disaster handled in PMCL-MSC-Islamabad and recovered MSC operation within 18 hours on temporary resources.

Generator operate in Hybrid Mode with Battery through Rectifier at 1000 sites in Myanmar.
