Title : Tracking Patient by using RFID tag

Description :RFID tag is used to identify an unconscious patient who is unable to communicate. It allows for faster treatment, doctors will know the details of patient before the test has been taken and will know treatment have already been performed, RFID tag will read the input from serial port and fetch the records of the patient information belongs to the input ID. It displays all the details of the patient and lead to faster treatment.
