Responsibilities:

NGK NTK SPARK PLUGS – ATS - SOUTH

Principal Responsibilities:

Handling Distributors, Looking after primary & secondary sales of the product.

Looking after the marketing activity for promoting the Spark plugs & other products of NGK.

Promoting New Products / New Technologies to mechanics.

Updating information on Technical Developments within the Team & to Customers as published from SMD.

Education & Enhancing Technical Knowledge of the ME's from Time to Time.

Doing Market Survey from Time to Time as required by SMD HO.

Conducting mechanic meets / Corner meets / Van Campaigns.

Visiting the Mechanic / Garages to educate them on the technicalities of the spark plugs / glow plugs / sensors etc.

Handling Customer complaints to the satisfaction of the Customers.

Handling Japanese Technical team Visits and Preparation of Itinerary.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Monitoring Competitor activities and proper reporting to Immediate Supervisor.

Any other Activity as per requirement from Time to Time.

Achievements:

Co- Lead of Marketing Executives and Supported them in Weak Area Development Programs to improvise the sales in the particular area to achieve the Month on Month targets & Annual Targets as well.

Understanding the Current Market Scenario and Competitors movements like Updation of their Technologies and Schemes.
