WORK PROFILE

Assistant Electrical Engineer

• Design electrical power distribution systems in overhead and underground facilities and develop physical layouts as per standard parameters.

• Propose cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high efficiency of electrical transmission and distribution systems.

• Work with project Engineer in planning and executing assigned electrical distribution projects within deadlines and budgets.

• To represent /attend the site meetings, Client meetings, Technical Queries as required preparing and presenting reports as necessary.

Projects

• Electricity Distribution Network Refurbishment in Al Sharqiah Coastal area region (153 km of 11kV OH line, 53 km of 11 kV UGC, 185 km of LV OH line, 101km of LV UGC in Wadi Saal, Al Ashkarah, Aseelah as per Coastal Specification)

• Survey and design work of 11kV and LT electrical network new extensions and reinforcements at Dhakliyah Governorate.

Electrical Engineer

• Management of site activities and in-charge of all functions of the project including supervising the progress at site and monitoring the site labor force.

• HT & LT electrical installation & coordinating the electrical work schedule.

• Preparing valuation report of the job every month to keep track of the percentage of the job completed against each item so as to control the dead line and take corrective action if some portion of the job are falling behind schedule.

• Prepare and update of electrical drawings using AutoCAD, & Good understanding of electrical drawings.

• Quantity takes off of Electrical items & preparation of BOQ, Quotations etc.

• Collaborate with Civil, Plumbing and HVAC departments and resolve all client concerns.

• Support & Coordinate with Project Management Team for smooth execution of the projects and review site queries for Commercial/Contractual implications.

• Ensure that all the materials purchased are within the budget allocated for them.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and professional team ensuring appropriate level of satisfaction are maintained to enhance for future opportunities. Junior Operator

• Operation and maintenance of Vertical Francis Turbine, and 11KW screw turbine.

• Inspection Supervision & Maintenance of 110 KV substations, equipment’s like CTs, PTs, Las, Vacuum and SF6 Circuit breakers.

• Maintenance of power transformer up to 20 MVA.

• Inspection Supervision & Maintenance of 11 KV substation,LV&MV equipment’s, Transformers(500 KVA,500 KVA,350 KVA), Induction motors up to 75HP, Relays, Contactors, ACB, MCCB,ELCB, Cables, Control Panels.

• Familiar with the routine maintenance of power equipment’s, and periodical testing. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from MG University Kerala (May 2013).

• Diploma in MEP specialized in Electrical with a certificate in AutoCAD. PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Proficient in all MS Office applications.
