I’m an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a background of construction of 33/11 KV AIS & GIS substation including erection, commissioning, testing & maintenance work.

I have an in depth knowledge of erecting, commissioning, testing and I am looking to expand my experience within a role that combines new builds as well as maintenance contracts.

I’m an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a background in construction of 33/11 KV AIS & GIS (5MVA & 8MVA)substation & associated line i.e UG cable as well as over head (33kv,11kv).In additionally joint measurement as per approved drawing,BOQ & TS for the executed work & post material verification of different S/S component,inspection of materials utilized at site,dumped at site & available at store maintain safety standard during the execution of work.

I have an in-depth knowledge of planning, erection, commissioning & maintenance within a role of Field Engineer(Electrical),MECON Ltd. PMC (OPTCL) ODSSP Project. Prepared Monthly / Weekly Progress Report Review meeting report .Co-ordinate with the client representatives (OPTCL officials) for site instructions and inspection of works .Discuss with CESU officials regarding the work progress and witnessing all the equipment testing work with CESU before inspection of substation & associated line by electrical inspector . Involved in Planning and Coordinating with EPC for smooth work progress, ensure all equipments smooth operation before handing over to CESU.

I have knowledge to control the operation 33/11 KV S/S control panels through SCADA.

Taking decision for the execution of work as per site condition,analyze the failure and the cause of delay of completion of project, discuss to serve the dispute and constraint for speedy work progress. Report all unsafe conditions to their supervisor or safety committee as soon as is reasonably possible. Warn workers about defective equipment and other hazards.

Sizing of Electrical Equipment such as LT Transformers, Cables, Battery, Lighting, Earthing etc.

Preparation of Switchgear Room/ Control Room Layouts, Numerical Relay settings for Switchgear, Cable Schedules, Interconnection (cable termination) details, Cable Tray Layouts.

Knowledge on HT Switchgear operations

Procurement Engineering activities including preparation of technical specifications, Technical Review of Offers and Vendor Document Review.

Day to day monitoring and supervision of the project activities.

Develop Safety, Health, Environment and Security at all schemes.

Knowledge of Networks and receiving stations from where the network originates.

Knowledge new equipment charging procedure with lockout tag out,safety tagging system.

Operation Knowledge of breakers, isolators, RMUs, switchgears, transformers, CTPT unit,

battery system, Chargers, FRTU, RTU, ACDB, DCDB, OLTC, RTCC, Fire Alarm System & Emulsifier

System etc. Detailed Knowledge of Operational philosophy and Operational parameters.

CNC machine operation ( HAL)

A CNC machine has two major electrical components, a computer running a control program motor driver.

The computer decodes the G-code instructions and passes signals to the motor drivers. These drivers further decode the signals and supply power to the motors.

The major components associated with a CNC system are power supply, PLC, Servo drives, CRT monitor, key board and some special controllers. The power unit supplies constant 24V DC to the system.
