- Project management: Development and execution of plan for optimizing time and efficiency, where I managed to reduce a total of 52 well services 14,026 hours to only 30.5 NPT hours, less than 1% of total hours. Responsible for coordination, personnel and equipment assurance during mobilizations (More than 595 hours), maintaining 100% efficiency, always being below the times established by the client; ECOPETROL.

- Team Leadership: Direct supervision of 35 persons, and indirect supervision of 5, always maintaining an adequate synergy for the development of the operation, and without generating conflicts with the communities in the areas of influence of Castilla La Nueva. During my two years of work, in my shifts, there were 0 recordable or disabling accidents.

- Strategy and Business Impact: Generation of a layout prior to mobilization and assembly of equipment, which allowed reducing the cost associated with mobilization of loads (pipe baskets or equipment for specific operations), after the start of operations, reducing payments to third parties by 180 USD per service. In addition, a manifold was manufactured for circulation operations that reduces: time between connections, risk of knocks to personnel, ergonomic risk, contamination in the operation area and deterioration of tools and equipment.

- Operations: Ensure required tools for operation, volumes in tanks, elaboration of pipe tallies and other technical requirements in workover operations

Management and implementation of a change of lifting system from PCP to mechanical pumping and installation of a sand control screen, correcting continuous failure of the well under a strict adjustment of operational parameters, managing to maintain stable production at 21 bbl/day from February 2015 until my departure from Interoil.

- Team Leadership: Leader of 4 crews (24 people) and third-party audit (Bureau Veritas).

- Operations: In charge of the evaluation and implementation of technologies for the optimization of workover operations. Significant reduction in more than 80 well services with 3,265 operational hours and a total of 228 hours of NPT which represents less than 7% of total hours. During this period there were 0 recorded accidents. Efficiencies and impact: 10% reduction in workover costs for Ecopetrol from 46,000 USD to 41,000 USD on average. Reduction of 27% in well services cost (paraffin cuts, circulation) from 11,800 USD to 8,600 USD.

- Replicated savings project in Interoil wells, reducing the average cost of workover from 43,000 USD to 38,000 USD by 11% and the cost of well services (paraffin cuts, circulation) from 13,100 USD to 7,500 USD by 42%.

- Management: Responsible for control equipment, engineering calculations and operational reports (workover) to superintendent and general management.
