Researched and modified the display circuit of digital weigh scale to reduce failure and enhance the life time of display circuit which saves around 2800 rupees per device and around 3000 devices at customer end.
Researched, identified and modified the primary motherboard 59101 IC to 39101 IC which eliminates the failure rate of device due to power mismatch.

Description : Complete assembling of digital weigh scale mother boards, weigh bridge. Designed and assembled input power ratings for the motherboard using diode circuits and transistor circuits. Managed a team of 30 in the production unit and planning the production for the day as per demand. Quality inspection and approval of final despatch finished products.
Achievements
Modified the power circuit model in Digital Weigh Scale devices by providing USB port instead of 9Pin serial port for better durability and eliminating circuit shortages. Significantly 30% of production cost reduced per device and about more than 2000 devices.
