Client : Shell India Markets Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities :-

Construction supervision and inspection of main component of fuel system installation.

Commissioning of project & handing over process as per Shell standard and completed the documentation as per Shell assurance process E@E.

Interacting with design & procurement team to trouble shoot technical & quality related problems.

3. Dec’14 to Sept ‘18 Reliance Retail Ltd. Jodhpur.

Refurbishment and construction of Ro’s Done in last year.

(a)Project Title : Construction of Reliance Market,Jodhpur

Role : Asst Manager : - May’17 – Sept ‘18

Key Deliverable :

Overall Execution, Management, Co-ordination & Work progress of this Commercial Building Project site.

Team leader to promote team work, maintain and boost team motivation.

Analyzed construction project profitability, revenue, margins and bill rates.

Preparation of Subcontract Agreements/Work Orders.

Execution of works as per GFC drawing, Specifications and approved BBS etc.

Responsible for accurate quantities estimate and procurement of material in day to day implementation of project.

Preparation of reconciliation statement and ensure wastage should be minimum.

Over all execution of Reliance Market Commercial building, including the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records.

Construction of cast in situ concrete Raft (500,700,850 mm thk) .

Reinforcement, slab casting, block masonry and plastering etc.

Construction of flat slab,grad slab,wmm layer.

Analyzing rates, work orders, subcontractor billing, extra claims, with cost planning management and monitoring.

Ensure compliance of all project environment and safety requirements.

(c)Project Title: : Jio Centre fit out.

Role : Project Engineer:- Dec’14 –Jan’16 (10 Nos of jio’s & RVC caf centre Vki Jaipur’)

Jio:-Bundi,Bharatpur,Nagaur,Jhunjhunu,Dhaulpur,Barmer,Nimbaheda,GangapurCity,Hindaun,
