Current “Development and structural analysis of ZrO2 through different synthesis method Nanoparticles of Zirconia were readied (ZrO2) by the neutralisation of zirconium oxy- chloride octahydrate (ZrOCl2.8H2O) and ammonia solution (NH4OH) at constant pH 8. The ZrO2 crystalline state was uncovered by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The firing tempera- ture was 6000C and the temperature was increased upto 8000C. January - April, 2017 Preparation of hybrid clay adsorbent and its incorporation in water filtration The Hybrid clay was sealed into a small bag of filter cloth, with the same surface area as that of the ends of filter cake.The cylindrical filter cake was then mounted to a pipe joint and sealed with m-seal.The hybrid clay bag was placed upon the cake and the filter was checked for any further leaks

Work Experience

May-July 2018 Summer Internship at TRL Krosaki Refractories Limited, Belpahar As Mag-Chrome brick does not have high thermal shock resistance, against high thermal shock, and not better corrosion resistance.In this present work I have studied the thermal shock property and Slag corrosion of brick with addition of zirconia and titania based special additive. As zirconia based material has excellent thermal shock resistance, I have added the material in existing composition and compared the thermal shock resistance and slag corrosion with existing brick
