Commissioning and servicing of VFD drive in M.V kavaratti (passenger ship) of Cochin shipyard ltd.

Rewiring and checking of Alarm indication and control panel in M.V Minicoy.

Termination and Commissioning of Bow Thruster unit.

Servicing of OBS (oily bilge separator) system.

Panel wiring –MCC panels, MCB panels, and star-delta starter panels for KWA.

Testing and Calibration of temperature sensors, pressure sensors and gauges, pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, Ph analyzers and control valves.

Quality checking of low voltage transformers, contactors, MCB, power relays.

Loop checking using HART communicator and multimeter, insulation checking using megger, PLC wiring and troubleshooting.

Termination and glanding of L.T and H.T cables, cable tray making and panel building, cable surveying, dressing and pulling.
