I had played a key role in coordinating with the vendor, Projects team and Development team. I have done end to end support for this project till it was live. I have also received appreciation from my management for completing the project with in short duration.
ICG MHS:
ICG MHS was a project which was acquired by Virtusa from HCL. I was one of the Transition Lead where I have to get the knowledge transfer from HCL and deliver it to Virtusa. We have successfully completed this transition in a short duration. I have received 2 awards from the client for best performance and service improvement plan which was suggested by me.
