Conduct survey of sites, preparation of BOQS and cost analysis for osp civil work/fiber cable and relating documents for the implementation of project.

Monitor/supervise construction activities ensure that the work progresses in a manner that will result in compliance with the project specifications and approved drawings, and that the work is completed within specific time frame.

Supervise the installation work of fiber cabinet and distribution terminals

Supervise the execution work of civil sites all activities onsite like trenches, installation of Manhole /handholes/making hole in existing M.H,fixing/installation of PVC ducts/PEC/PE subducts.

Supervise the work about rope shooting,cable pulling, Tagging on cables and all splicing activities i.e FDH/ODF and GSM termination onsite.

Supervise and manage the activities of Civil technicians/ Splicers, skilled and un skilled workers for execution of civil work
