Sidra Medical and Research Center is the most ambitious healthcare project in the Gulf Region today. The project is funded by a $7.9 billion USD endowment from Qatar Foundation, the largest for a medical and research center anywhere in the world. Sidra Medical and Research Centre is a turnkey contract includes the design, engineering, construction and outfitting of the hospital as well as conservation and maintenance. The medical centre will have the most modern and advanced medical technologies and operate under a paperless system.
