For the last 4 years I have been working at Perfection Plating as the Plant Manager, responsible for Production, Scheduling, Waste Treatment, Maintenance, and Quality of 24X5 Plating Department of flat stock, plating over 120,000 lbs. of copper and steel per day. During this time, I have led the effort to double production and sales through expansion and continuous improvement in our operations.

Prior to this I lived and worked in Maumelle, Arkansas for 25 years. I am extremely interested in this position and returning to Arkansas.
