Review project requirements, design, drawings and estimates with the General Manager in advance in order to help determine upcoming job requirements.

Plan for the successful execution of the project to include the preparation of a project management model with a time chart.

Schedule the project and assign a competent foreman and crew.

Order all materials necessary to complete the project.

Implement the project in compliance with the requirements of the client and the project management model.

Inspect delivery of tools and materials to ensure quality, quantity and availability to avoid project delays and acts as a custodian for all tools & materials.

Communicate with the foreman about the conditions and progress on the job.

Inspect the job site to insure quality workmanship.

Coordinate the work of subcontractors.

Proper disposal of debris. Determine dumping location on-site or outside the project site and utilize it.

Prepare necessary change orders.

Communicate with the client while the job is in process. See to it that the customer is satisfied with the work being done. Get an accomplished customer Survey form at the end of the project.

Prepare a file for each job secured. Keep in that file all contracts, change orders, written communications, inclement weather or records of external factors that may affect the quality and timeliness of project delivery.

Determine customer needs. Review customer ideas and design alternatives, discusses budget considerations, and defines objectives.Inspect the site of the proposed work.

Develop proposed designs, utilizing information concerning customer needs, product availability and suitability, and good design principles to create salable designs and complete scale drawings.

Review design with customers. Modifies plans as appropriate to meet customer desires.

Stay abreast of product varieties, availabilities and prices, as well as developments in the landscape design field.

Prepare/render landscape perspectives for presentation purposes using electronic software or through free hand.

Prepare CADD drawings and As Built Plans as required.

Conduct site inspections and communicate with the foreman about the conditions and progress on the job with regard to the translation of the landscape design.

Coordinate the work of subcontractors when required.

Together with the sales personnel, communicate with the client while the job is in process. See to it that the customer is satisfied with the work being done.
