Presently i was working as a production quality control engineering in Svl industries.

Role & responsibilities :

Study the project and the order the raw material against the customer drawing.

Draw the stage drawing by using Auto cad and release to production .

Allocate the of drawings to operators.

Measure the product after completion of the machining.

Submit the inspection report to customer and offer the production to customer.

Dealing with customer regarding production issues.

Role & responsibilities :

Verification of material Test report against customer specification received from the supplier.

Review the project which is received from customer and study the specifications & standards related to components .

Raise the inspection call to supplier at Intermediate stage of raw material & to customer at final stage of the component.

Verify the supplier supporting of documents as per ITP( Inspection Test Plan).

Preparation of quality Documents like inspection reports & inspection test plan along with Powder Test certificates,SR charts of Customers like GE,

L& T AND EMERSON.

Dealing with customers regarding quality related issues.

Inspect the incoming components from customers.

Inspect the coated finish components with thickness gauge.

Handling of instruments like MICRO METER, VERINER, BORE GAUGE, THICKNESS GAUGE & ROUGHNESS GAUGE.

Preparation of MPP against customers requirement.

Preparation of Documents as per inspection test plan.

Prepare of stage drawings by using Auto cad.

Providing Cad points to operator.

I was trained as a Graduate Engineer Trainee in UVI MECH SLOUTION for one year.

Role & responsibilities:

Learn How to Study the drawing and how to give offsets in the CNC and VMC programs.

Operator the VMC & CNC machine under the part of training.

As a part of training how to tool monitoring,fixture adjustments for various components.

Basic knowledge on CNC & VMC programming.
