Prepare testing and commissioning schedules.

Verify and review IFC shop drawings, ensure that the drawings comply to the client specifications and standards.

Monitor onsite testing and commissioning activities.

Manage project commissioning by coordinating between quality control department, commissioning and testing team, client representative, and project inspection team (PID)

Prepare and maintain commission records of the site details, testing processes and checklists.

Arranging substation equipment & manpower to start the pre-commissioning, inspection, testing & final commissioning as per the approved ITP and schedule.
