2019-present Contract Exploration Manager for SMX International Corp, Denver, Colorado Development of a conceptual depositional model for follow-up geochemical sampling, geophysical surveys and drilling in western Tanzania. Designed a risk-based, exploration program and budget with key milestones for continued owner equity investment or seeking a JV partner. Currently working at gold-silver mine in Colorado on a contract basis expanding their resource base through drilling and modeling. Contract ends in August 2020 with option and Senegal to continue full-time. 2018-2019 Senior Mine Geologist for the Empire State Zinc Mine, Northern New York Managed all underground exploration and resource/reserve drilling. Oversaw all underground delineation, definition and exploration drilling and modeling. Was laid off with 200 other staff in February due to company financial issues. This included 90% of all technical staff including the Chief of each department. 2017-2018 Exploration Manager for the Manhattan Gulch Gold Mine, Nevada Delineated expansion areas of permitted mine holding and those areas not yet under permit. First phase of the program included geophysics as there was no geochemical signature of the gold deposit on the surface due to alluvial cover plus permitting for exploration. Program included extensive drilling to determine the stratigraphic and structural controls of the gold mineralization trend and classification of the resources into measured, indicated and inferred. Program curtailed to raise additional funding and refurbish the process circuit at their mill.
