Professional Experience:

Worked as a Fabrication Foreman in RDB Elseif Co. ltd. Jizan Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A leading pre-cast manufacturers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Fully owned subsidiary of Elseif Group established in 2008 with a joint venture of Elseif Contracting and RDB (a Leading company of Precast in Italy.) which is engaged in manufacturing & erection of Hollow Core Slabs, Double T Slabs, Columns, Beams, Walls (Sandwich & Solid) & Cladding with all types of surface finishes & Pre-casted Structural elements like stairs, beams columns footings etc. from January 2014 to till. Responsibilities

Coordinate with production supervisors for understanding the weekly production schedule for analyze the weekly production plan.

Collect the shop drawings from production engineers as per weekly casting plan.

Verify the shop drawing and prepare the estimation report for issuing the materials from store.

Explain the drawing details and procedures to fabricator for prepare the mould.

Control the wastages of material like Cutting disk, Welding rod, Grinding Wheel etc.

Check the completed mould prior to before the inspection of responsible QA/QC team.

Prepare the R.F.I and submit to production engineer for requesting the Q.C Inspection.

Need to coordinate with QC during mould inspection.

Responsible to rectify the QA/QC comments during mould inspection.

Responsible for keep the approved R.F.I (with mould inspection check list).

Responsible for repair the running mould.

Responsible to keep the time sheet of the team.

Worked as Fabrication Charge Hand in Alrashid Abetong Co.Ltd.(A.R.A) from December 2011 to December 2013. It is a leading position in the Precast Construction industry by designing, manufacturing and erecting advanced building concepts based on precast concrete elements.

Responsibilities:-

• Collect the drawings from fabrication foreman.

• Discus with responsible foreman about the detailed drawing.

• Discus the procedure to make the mould.

• Responsible for lead the fabricator team.

• Responsible for providing the instructions about working methods.

Worked as Fabrication Charge Hand in Gwaem Precast Concrete(G.P.C) from November 2009 to October 2011. It is one of the first factories in Riyadh established and constructed in an integrated way by the biggest international company specialized in building Pre-cast factories (ELEMATIC). GPC was established in 2005 and started operation in 2007, has grown rapidly to become one of the largest and most successful precast concrete companies in the K.S.A.

The factory has full range of the Precast Concrete Products. Suitable buildings are created together with the customers in close cooperation during the whole project life from starting till completion. Responsibilities:-
