Three year (2007 to 2010 ) working as a Assistant supervisor in Shree Cement Ltd., RAS, Pali, Rajasthan (An ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001).

Four year (2010 to 2014 ) working as a Assistant officer in India Cement Ltd., Banswara, Rajasthan(Project) .

Job Responsibility & Job Knowledge

Chemical section :-

1. Chemical solution:-Preparation of standard solution & standardization.

2. Analysis:-knowledge of complex- metric analysis for Raw material, intermediate product, finished product.

3. Instrumental method:- Operation & calibration of Flame photometer, U.V. Spectrophotometer & XRF.

4. Proximate analysis:- Knowledge of proximate analysis of coal GCV by LICO method BY Bomb calorimeter.

PHYSICAL SECTION :-

1. Testing: - Knowledge of physical tests of product as per BIS procedure.

2. Calibration:-Calibration knowledge of ACTM, Vibration machine, Blaine apparatus as per schedule & updating record as per BIS –STI.

3. Ball mill:- Optimizing Knowledge about conduct lab trial with received raw material to improve plant performance to increase fly ash.

Plant operation :-

1. Working knowledge of shift operation to handle the plant operation in prescribes quality parameter to improve productivity & cost as intermediate product & finished product.

2. Knowledge about Limestone pile formation by CBA.

SAP :-

1.Power user for SAP-PPQM module (Production planning & Quality management).

ISO :-

1. Knowledge of integrated management system (IMS) for ISO implementation & updated record.

Environment : -

1.Knowledge of Environment monitoring activity like P 10, P 2.5,Noise monitoring, Stack monitoring, Fugitive Emission, Water analysis, Piziometric test etc.

PP BAG: - Knowledge of all PP Bag parameter testing.

Specific Activities

Able to control and maintain all the statutory requirement of BIS, NCCBM.

Certified Internal Auditor of ISO 9001; 14001: OHSAS 18001 from BSI.

Power user for SAP-PPQM module.

ACIEVMENT:

Conduct lab trial as per receive raw material to optimize % of Fly ash highest as compare to previous year.

For WCM activity to improve the lab as model area.

TNI session training conduct to trained workmen about ISO.

Training session attend for JUMP project at respective unit.

B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, Botany, from MDS UNIVERSITY, Ajmer (Raj.) with Second division (57%)

Hr. Sec. in, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology, with First Division (60.00 %) from Rajasthan Education Board Ajmer.

Secondary with First Division (66.00 %) from Rajasthan state Education Board Ajmer.
