Al Tasnim Enterprises llc, – OMAN Jan 2019 – present

Senior HSE Manager – Civil Division.

Managing all HSE aspects for the civil division of Al Tasnim Ent, covering various projects from 3 New build Hospitals for the Department of Health, New build Villa and apartment complexes for PDO, New build Prison, Training Centre and accommodations for the Royal Oman Police, 2 MUD’s for Oman pension fund, along with the Civil scope of work for the Duqm Refinery expansion projects EPC 1, 2 and 3. All with a Manpower circa 35,000 labor force.

Key achievements:

• Maintained OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 without a single Non Conformance, Initiated ISO 45001.

• Attained several milestones and Projects completed without LTI.

Arabian Construction Company, – UAE Nov 2017 – Jan 2019

Project HSE Manager (ADCO Approved)

Overseeing all the HSE aspects for the Sub-Contractor’s Joint venture with Engineering Company Lahoud Engineering on the ADNOC Al Dabbiya III Expansion Project, near Abu Dhabi. Managing a worksite of 6,000 personnel all trades, with the additional responsibility of a 6,000 POB staff accommodation.

Eversersendai offshore, – UAE July 2015 – Oct 2017

Yard HSSE Manager

Managing all aspects of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Security concerns of a newly developed fabrication yard in the UAE, specifically built for the EPC of offshore platforms, jackets, process modules, skid packages, new build of self-elevating, self-propelled jack-up units including mechanical completion and commissioning.

Key achievements:

• Maintained OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001 without a single Non Conformance.

• Obtained the prestigious award “Offshore Jack up Middle East (OJME) Excellence in Safety.

LS Cable and System. – Qatar / South Korea Feb 2013 – July 2015

Project HSE Manager

Managing all aspects of an EPIC contract for the Power supply of submarine 132KV (3 core and Fibre optic) cable from Ras Laffan to Halul island 100km off-shore, interface with existing power station on land and the construction of a new build sub-station off-shore. Responsible for developing HSE Plans and policies for a company that is new to the construction and installation within the oil and gas industry.

The Implementation, upkeep and monitoring of Qatar Petroleum’s existing health safety and environmental procedures, documentation reviews of engineering, technical and procedural matter. Managing the HSE of several sub-contractors in Mechanical, Electrical and civil work scopes along with the maritime vessels involved in the cable lay and trenching activities, Reporting of all incidents and trending analysis internally and through to our client and sub-contractors.

Key achievements:

• Two successful load-outs of 2x100 MW 132kV HVAC subsea cables of approximately 100 kms in South Korea. Without incident.

• liaised and maintained strict adherence with Qatars environmental policies through the MOE.

Lamprell Energy Plc. – UAE / Saudi Arabia / Iraq / Kuwait / Russia June 2009 – Feb 2013

Group HSES Manager (Corporate)

Managed all aspects of the Lamprell Energy Plc. group Health, Safety, Environmental and security related matters. Ensuring all company HSES key performance indicators were achieved.

Lamprell Energy is a $1.8bn turnover business employing circa 15,000 staff mainly in the Middle East.

Key achievements:

• Integrated the Lamprell HSES management systems into the acquired business, MIS.

• Developed a HSES training program for the charitable organization Don Bosco in Mumbai, India.

·Reduction of loss time incident frequency ratings on a year on year basis

·The installation and development of fully equipped and resourced site medical centers in all major facilities.

Lamprell Energy Plc. – UAE / Thailand Feb 2004 – June 2009

Managing all aspects of the Lamprell Energy Ltd Health, Safety Environmental and security systems for the construction of new builds for oil and gas related structures for the on and offshore industry also the refurbishment of offshore drilling rigs.
