• Network incident/Alarm monitoring and periodic reports.

• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of ZTE BTS sites.

• Opening a trouble ticket for any faults and follow up to escalation.

• Responsible for Integration of 2G/3G/4G MO File generation.

• Responsible for swap and new Rollout Sites.

• Daily report prepration for network availablity, outage, Infra outage.

• Preparing of all report like SA-NSA, Packet loss etc.

• Take all proactive action for issue related with the equipment and KPI.

• Regularly monitoring KPI report of 2G/3G/4G Network (ZTE) and Analyzed radio network performance to identify cell congestion, call drops, handover failures etc.

• Major service outage investigations and follow up.
