(having a capacity of 24MW (3 x 8 MW Units) Siemens make TG Sets and CVL make AFBC Boilers (1x81TPH, 66 kg/cm2, 485oC) & Thermax make WHRB (6x10 TPH 66 kg/cm2, 485oC)

Key Deliverables:

Executing & planning of Boiler &Turbine over Hauling etc.

All Operation & Maintenance related activities for the better performance of plant.

Planning & preparation for the annual inspection & Shutdown of the Boilers.

Monitoring of Boiler, Turbine & DM Plant parameter analysis & to take corrective actions.

Predictive & Preventive Maintenance Planning with available men power.

IMS & TPM’s JH and SHE Piller implementation in the plant.

Planning of Spares with Minimum Inventory.

Budget Preparation Compression Etc.

Monitoring track record of steam, power, and coal consumption, as well as Boiler efficiency, Condensate return for quantity with quality etc.

As Manager handling of a crew of 60 persons as Shift engineers, Boiler attendants, Turbine operator, shift fitter, Operators etc.

Planning & Execution of Annual Maintenance Shutdown of all Boilers with Turbine overhauling.

Plant Start-up & shut down as per the standard Operating Procedure whenever the requirements

Laisioning with Boiler office for shutdown & startups.

Also attending maintenance related activities like preventive maintenance, inventory management & modification etc
