Involved in application development in both private and government sectors. Participated in full life cycle product development from concept through delivery of a fully functioning product. Love to contribute to the team I am part of at whatever level needed.
Started with waterfall methodology and system development life cycle then worked in agile environments lately with more strict tracking, workflow and communication needs. Thinking critically and keeping it simple to avoid unnecessary complications are important to me. Love iterative development: like peeling layers of onion starting with the outermost then moving onto the next. Layer by layer the solution becomes more visible.
Keep track of latest changes in tools I use and see if they would be beneficial to the teams I am working with. I usually come up with innovative uses of new features giving me the edge.
Brain storming and thinking out loud are so beneficial for solving problems. Love to learn from others as well as sharing what I know with others since no one knows it all.
