Plan and coordinate with production scheduler on a daily basis to ensure the availability of consigned parts on time for schedule coverage.

Coordinating with a material planner for defining and ensuring min, max level of BOP material that we’re in warding into our warehouse.

Ensuring timely posting of GRN’s in SAP and Dispatch activities as per schedule by validating the tax invoices, e-way bills, and ASN. Responsible for Internal shop floor line feeding to all S/A & final assembly lines without any downtime.

Performing Cycle counting activities in SAP.

Tracking of Customer & Supplier MPM’s with action plans.

Responsible for liaising and Reconciliation of physical consigned parts stock on the system for better operational efficiency.

Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize the output.

Supervising all activities and roles related to planning, set-up, and execution of Proto project parts.

Coordinated with subordinates and team members on the factory shop floor for delivering targets within a stipulated time frame.

Responsible for all inventory aspects such as stock location and availability, replenishment control and inventory auditing.

Providing expertise in overall MPS deliverables and operations associated with successful change management.

Utilizing a proactive approach and identifying potential critical failure modes of product delivery & preparing backup mode plans.
