• Control and Follow up all activities at the site in order to ensure all works has been done as per specification, consultants and clients requirements.

• Planning the sequences for all activities in terms of material requirements and monitoring manpower to achieve maximum productivity.

• Handling meetings with client and consultant and other contractors (Progress Meeting, MEP Meeting, Coordination Meeting) and prepare all kind of reports.

• The Address Fountain Views: The Address Fountain Views is made up of a five stars hotel consists of 77-storey which contains a luxury guest rooms and penthouse flats in addition to tow luxury residential tower each consisting of 66-storey,280-unit in Dubai with spectacular, unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa the world’s tallest building and the Dubai Fountain. The development consists of 3 basement levels, 11 car park podiums and a retail podium for high end shopping which connects to Dubai mall by Link Bridge.

• The Boulevard Point: The development consists of 3 basement levels, 11 car park podiums and a retail podium for high end shopping which connects to Dubai mall by Link Bridge and 59 levels of residences.
