Troubleshot a variety of Uncooled and Cooled EO-IR systems down to sub-assembly level and wrote detailed rework instructions for the rework personnel.

Maintained training documents, certifications, procedures and rework plans and kept test personnel aware and trained of the changes and explained in detail of any current revision changes.

Worked closely with Engineering and the FRB (Failure Review Board) of my findings of system to root cause failure on all systems and gave the corrective action order which I thought was most efficient for a failure.
