Monitoring IBND on a daily basis and taking necessary corrective action

Manpower planning for Smooth operation

On-time receiving completion and No pending GRN’s

Monitoring UD on a daily basis and taking necessary corrective action

Monitoring Write-off/ Dump and maintaining within the norms

Monitoring TO Vs TI for the RTV stocks and necessary escalations to given on-time

Tracking the Cancelled orders and ensure the necessary action taken

Monitoring the rotating asset movement and reports are sent to stake holders on daily basis

Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained in the respective areas

Ensuring all the daily reports are generated and uploaded in the google drive

On- time escalations of IT issues and follow-up for quick resolution
