Professionally qualified Engineer with 1.5 year of experience in Piping Stress Analysis.

He has in-depth knowledge to perform Piping Stress Analysis activities carried out by stress engineers, assuring compliance with applicable codes (ASME 31.3) pertaining to piping systems and strain sensitive equipment (API 610, API 662, ANSI HI 9.6.2, BS EN ISO 5199, etc.)

I. Worley ECR India Pvt. Ltd. (July-19 to Till Date) 1. Debottlenecking and Modernization of Caustic Soda Plant - Rehla As a Stress Engineer

• Modeling and Stress analysis of the Pipe Routings such as Pump Suction-Discharge lines, lines connected to PHE, Vertical vessels with Settlement of 40mm etc. with the use of CAESAR-II software.

• Preparation of stress document, stress report, Civil loading etc.

• Stress analysis of 4” to 24” lines with temperature up to 220 Deg C connected to Pumps, Exchangers, Towers and Pressure Relief Valves.

• Stress analysis & preparation of Material Requisition & Datasheet for Metallic & Non-Metallic Rubber Expansion Joint.

• Stress analysis and Preparation of Material Database for Nickel & Titanium Piping.

• Analysis of lines connected to Plate type Heat Exchanger, ANSI pumps. II. Redhan Engineering Services (Jan-19 to July-19)
