Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for TPM (Total Production Maintenance).
Responsible for preparing Preventive & routine maintenance schedule and executing accordingly to achieve zero breakdowns.
Responsible for Predictive Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance.
Responsible for generating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Responsible for analyzing failure in the process plant and find the root cause and implement improvement.
Assist manager in maintaining critical spares and in procurement of new instruments.
Responsible for preparing the routine and shutdown jobs coordinating with respective departments and allocating to the technicians and craftsman.
Reduce the rework percentage by proper planning.
Responsible for recording and maintaining engineering records.
