In charge of reviewing and checking of all Landscape shop drawings, approving materials submittal & method of statement submitted by the contractor for construction. Providing solution by using sketch up by modelling. Site coordination and Inspection.

Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.

Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

Prepare Site instruction (SI) for deficiencies of work found at site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.

Check and ensure effective co-ordination between disciplines related works and all other disciplines.

Meets regularly with Service representatives of landscape and Irrigation Development contractors who have responsibility for the development and aesthetics of the landscaping in the Medical Center Project; reviews results of inspection reports, discusses problems noted and directs resolutions/remediation; interprets and explains landscape contract agreements/standards to contractor representatives.
