Accuracy in Quantity Take Off based on return of material/Excess material at site/Error in Quantification noticed

Providing Manufacturing Clearance in targeted timeline to Planning Department

Excess Quantity Approval Against BOQ Quantity

Preparing Contract Variation Statement as per the Approved drawings

Prepare and submit As Built Drawing with support from site and get it accepted by Client

Attending Review meetings periodically with Consultants, Clients

Periodic site visit to assess actual site conditions before designing and to implement Critical design at site
