Well versed with ISO 9001 and 14001 norms for industry and prepared all documentation like quality manual, quality procedure, test procedure and work instructions under the guidance of a consultant. This work was carried out in Kaybee Powelec (P) Ltd. The quality procedures were implemented in Kaybee Powelec (P) Ltd, but certification was not obtained. The product quality has improved a lot after implementing ISO 9000 procedures.

Knowledge on interfacing, sequencing of drives controlled by modern PLCs. A panel was built to control two compressors and supplied to IGCAR. The programming of the PLC was done by Siemens who supplied the PLC.

Well versed with energy saving methods. Can conduct energy audit, prepare reports, and implement the energy saving methods. I was working in this field along with retired chief engineer of TNEB.

Well versed with automation and motion control systems. Built a robotic system for application of paint for the head light. The unit had two AC servo motors, amplifiers and a PC based motion control card. It also had a pneumatic cylinder to engage and disengage the arm. This project was done under the guidance of Ananth Seshan PhD, who has obtained his doctorate in Robotics from Canada.
