● Use Siemens TIA portal and RSLogix Studio 5000 for PLC troubleshooting.
● Test, troubleshoot, and repair automated Ytterbium-doped, single-mode fiber laser welders, and develop a silver sintering process for heat transfer in power electronics.
● Use Jupyter Notebook to execute python scripts for extrapolating and interpreting manufacturing data.
● Use MySQL Workbench to query manufacturing data for root cause analysis.
● Develop a maintenance program and commission new automated manufacturing machines.
● Work with multiple engineering teams to develop process and quality controls for manufacturing processes at a start-up.
● Supervise maintenance on reactor control systems and perform complex repairs, precision alignments, and troubleshoot microprocessor equipment.
● Administrate engineering equipment operating history logs, nuclear trained personnel qualification files, reactor plant and propulsion plant technical manuals, and correspond with Naval Reactors.
