● I regularly edited photographs, drafted captions and posted on social media accounts. This effort led to a measurable increase in digital interaction by our followers
(predominantly those on Instagram).
● I collaborated with other designers to create an information pamphlet for a high stakes donor. It was my task to lay out the finished pamphlet in Adobe InDesign. The donor spoke highly of me and my collaborators’ work.
● I designed the summer newsletter. The CEO saw my work and had me take on personal design projects for him thereafter.
● I created graphics for the website in Adobe Illustrator to help increase the time spent on specific webpages on SOS’s site, with the intention of increasing donor retention and donations.

● I was responsible for researching, writing and editing articles. I learned to write and edit in accordance with AP style.
● I used my authorial voice to speak about injustice and human rights abuses, as well as to understand and discuss media inconsistencies to better understand global problems.
