Conversant with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, UPC, UBC, ASTM, ASME, SEC-TCS,TES,TMSS, ARAMCO Standards for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection System.
Responsible for the design review and execution of all Mechanical works (HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems)
Supervision on Installation, Testing and commissioning work at Site for Package A/C units, Split Units, Windows A/C, Plumbing & Fire Fighting Systems.
Installations, testing and commissioning of Novec-1230,system, FM-200 system, HP CO2 system, LP CO2 system, wet sprinkler system, Hydrant system, Fire pumps installations and commissioning.
Installations, testing, commissioning and air balancing of PACU units. and DDC panels.
Work Execution as per Specification and Standards.
Coordination with leading technical staff
Reviewing shop drawings, construction drawings, and material submittal related to the sub-station projects.
Responsible for verifying actual progress for the site works. Preparation of site progress reports and recognition of possible causes of delays to the activities
Workout of required quantities for the Site from the Shop drawings
Project Planning and Scheduling
Updating Quality Control Records, Maintenance Manuals and production Reports as per ISO requirements
Conducting weekly and bi-weekly progress review meetings with the contractors and client to expedite the progress and to solve the constraints come across in the project construction activities.
Raising RFI’S for incoming project construction materials to get approvals from the client prior to installations.
Preparing necessary documents for submitting RFI’s to the client.
As per the client material standards, submitting construction materials catalogs cuts to the client to get approvals.
