Make the test plan as per customer specs and/or industrial standards, and then get it approved by project core team and customers.

Make the schedule of testing as per the test plan and project milestone.

Communicate and cooperate test-related affairs with other departments, Take lead role on design, fabricating and acceptance evaluation of testing fixtures.

Hold responsibility of in-house tests; Search qualified lab for some tests which cannot implement in-house, and monitor the test progress and test quality at external lab.
