Current Company:- Working as a Maintenance “Assistant Manager Maintenance . Modison Metals Ltd. Vapi .” Since 16 May. 2019 to till date.

Job Responsibility:-

Responsible for maintenance of Utility Machines, Production process machines, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Systems, Material handling equipment’s and load lifting equipment’s.

Monitoring and ensuring that all the equipment’s are in safe working condition and in line with current regulations.

Tracking and Recording of Maintenance work by using special Maintenance Management Software FTM.

Managing a team of multi-disciplined maintenance technicians and also mentoring new inexperienced technicians.

Conducting Annual calibration and safety inspections of equipment’s as per industry rules.

Implementation of 5’S Technique, to improve housekeeping, productivity & safety.

Responsible to do the root cause analysis of machines breakdown and re-occurrence of that.

Planning, Monitoring and Control of Vendor Work, Annual Maintenance Contracts.

Recording Maintenance activities as per the standards like ISO.

Conducting employee’s performance review.

Involved in Senior Management Meetings (MRM) and hiring of maintenance personnel’s.

Provide Technical assistance during procurement of critical & expensive spare parts.

Managing schedules of Maintenance, Budgets and Cost controlling in the department.

Planning, directing and controlling the efforts of the maintenance team.

Execution of Project work, Structure Fabrication work, Pipeline/Plumbing work and Machine installation.

Responsible for inter and intra department coordination and communication.

Handle a project of machine shifting, new machine installation & commissioning,modification of machine etc
