Job Description: Working as a Senior Developer in Automation team. Work involves analyse, design, program, simulate and test processes to automate the tasks. Handled automation processes in the infrastructure environment using Scripting Technologies. During my tenure I worked in following projects.

Cox Communication

Automated tasks in tracks like Service Desk, Exchange/O365, Global Access Management, Active Directory management. Scripting language used in this project was Powershell. Major tasks automated were creating a user account, on boarding user, clear system temp files, mailbox creation and deletion, account lockout issues, mailbox migration.

True Value

In this project report automation tasks were handled for Service desk team. Scripting language used is Powershell. Daily call and chat reports were fully automated in this project. The ticket details were taken from ticketing tool Service Now, calculations and reporting was done in MS Excel and then it was send as mail using powershell script.

Catholic Health Initiatives

In this project VMware and Wintel tracks automation was done. Scripting language used is Powershell. Updation of VMware tools, CPU and memory utilization of VMware were the tasks automated.

Internal team responsibilities was also handled by me. Some of them are:-

Daily status report was prepared for assessing the work status and productivity of the team.

Monthly team status was updated and presented for comparing the manual workload and automated workload.

Assigning resources to different projects according to their requirement . Key Skills:
