● Prepare and review engineering plans and circuit diagrams, Load schedule for projects.

● Load Calculations of Shopping Plazas, Residential Buildings, Commercial Units.

● Testing and commissioning of projects.

● Designing of electrification systems as per load requirements in Auto CADD Responsible for conduct meeting with all departments to provide effective energy management system.

● Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance& project works and to ensure proper completion of work.

● Responsible for power distribution system.

● Lead the maintenance teams for operation and maintenance work as per planned preventive maintenance & schedule.

● Prepare commercial purchase requisitions for new and modification /refurbishment work of electrical systems maintenance.

● Site Co-ordination Board, Main Single Line Diagram and Cable Schedule for Plant.

● To supervise and guide the subordinates for fault finding and rectification to plan and execute operational, breakdown and preventive maintenance.

● DEWA Site inspection.

● Ensure effective coordination with HVAC, FPS and civil subcontractor by establishing proper correspondence and periodic meetings.

● Tendering and Estimation of Electrical part of the projects.

● Preparation of all site related documents (IR, RFI, MRF, Material submittals, MIR).

● Capable to handle both site and official works.
