Title: Design and Mathematical Modelling of Cyclone Separator using OpenFOAM
Project Supervisor: Dr. Vivek Vitankar, FluiDimensions Pune
Project Summary: Developed a custom OpenFOAM solver for cyclone separator using Eulerian-Lagragian Framework and turbulence was modelled using Reynolds Stress Models. Results were compared with literature and commercial softwares ANSYS Fluent and OpenFOAM.
