We are adding new components in database by following customer provided guidelines. We are adding data RoHS details, Life cycle details, Alternate, HTS code

(US and Europe) of component in database. We are performing ECO and ECR activities to accommodate changes in database as per PCN and BOM requests. Role & Contribution

I am performing new part addition request and supporting on ECR/ECO activities along with ad hoc request from manufacturing team. This includes determining RoHS status, life cycle status, alternate finding and obtaining the supporting documents from manufacturer.

Description

This project was regarding the database corrections where we checked the life cycle status, ordering information, datasheet and RoHS details of parts. We removed the unrecognized parts, correct the incorrect parts and updated the latest information of all parts. We also gathered the information from manufacturers for the parts which are either not available or for which we couldn’t find any details on manufacturer’s website. For high risk parts (Sole source and obsolete), we suggested alternates.

Description

This project was mainly based on developing a timer counter using 8085 processor and relay. Basically, relay is connected to load and it is being controlled by the processor. According to the entered time by the user the counter used in the processor trigger a pulse which is used for turning on or turning off the load. AREA OF INTEREST
