Created storyboards and developed eLearning content for a flipped classroom environment to help diminish time needed in instructor led training courses. Worked with SMEs to confirm accuracy of content.

Designed eLearning life insurance courses for all levels of the enterprise to enable quicker onboarding of new employees, as well as fill in knowledge gaps for existing employees.

Assigned by manager to review all of team’s courses to give feedback on how to improve the user’s experience.

Created storyboards and produced and directed videos, including developing and confirming topics/scope with stakeholders, finalizing storyboards, and scheduling all parties for production beforehand. ●Led Activities Committee. Implemented coat drive in December donating 600 coats/jackets to homeless shelter from only 250 employees.

Researched, developed, and created training documentation (job aids and manuals) for end-users of company proprietary software and POS system. Created, updated, and delivered onsite training program to end-users on how to use the POS system in regard to food sales and prize redemption.
