Responsibilities

● Experience in inspection of fabrication & erection of pipe and pump platforms in petrochemical offsite.

● Resolving technical difficulties at site for timely completion of jobs.

● Manage various key operations during glorious service in HMEL where I got the opportunity to work in petrochemical offsite; it gave a Great exposure of piping such as Fabrication, Erection, piping related drawings.

● Familiar with interpretation of G.A.D, P&ID, Piping Isometrics and Pipe Support Specifications based on pre-designed Piping Line Classes.

● Familiar with various fabricated piping materials like CS, LTCS, NACE and IBR, SS, AS & HDPE.

● Identification of Codes and Standard requirements.

● Experience in inspection related to alignment, welding and piping. Coordination with client.

● Inspection activities for the Piping of the components in refinery plant.

● Checking the fit-up of joint and inspected all data during welding.

● Inward inspection of raw materials as per drawing.

● Proper knowledge of hydro testing.
