KIDS CLUB & TEENS CLUB / PLAY ROOMS– DUTIES & JOB SCOPE:

1)Creative and ensure that the activities at Kids club are fun filled and educational

2)Conceptualizes and organizes festivities and special events for children; Organize games, tournaments, activities, events for kids and teens.

3)To be able to identify return guests, children and VIPs

4)Does not compromise safety; ensures that the child’s safety is top priority by following proper safety guidelines and enforcing correct child care standards;

5)Is responsible for zero accidents in kids and teens club

6)Make sure all the equipment is functional and complete; Ensures timely reporting of malfunction or maintenance deficiencies to appropriate areas and follows up for completion.

7)Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services;

8)Keep the area always clean, tidy and safe from hazards

9)Gives immediate feedback of operations and concerns to the Recreation Supervisor or Assistant Recreation manager; Constantly seeks ways to improve operational procedures as far as the KIDS CLUB / TEENS CLUB OPERATION is concerned.

10)Performs any other duties why may be assigned by the Assistant Recreation manager, and projects a positive image of the department, resort and company at all times.

RECREATION (RETAIL & F & B, POOL & BEACH, BOWLING CENTER, CINEMA, SURFING)

1.Takes care of DAILY BOOKINGS for KIDS CLUB/ TEENS CLUB, Surfing, Pool & Beach, Cinema, Bowling, HBW Packages and etc.

2.To have complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel in particular all the sports and leisure activities (indoors / outdoors activities) and equipment of the hotel

3.Perform Reception coverage in the recreation center

4.Provide amenities and services to Clubs and Hotels guests, as outlined in SOP or as directed by Asst. Recreation Manager; and ensure that these amenities are always available to guests.

5.Keep all equipment clean and well maintained,

6.Ensure proper accounting procedures are followed when collecting of charging fees for Recreation

RETAIL:

a)Monitoring sales, inventory, and customer service

b)Proceeding with the necessary actions to order items

CINEMA:

a)Showing guest to their seats

b)Selling programmers

c)Re-stocking the refreshment

d)Collecting litter and tidying up after a show

BOWLING:

a)Assist in organizing, scheduling and overseeing guest request and handle bowling tournaments if needed.

b)Participates in the skilled work of stripping and re-laquering bowling lanes

c)Keep all equipment clean and well maintained for the in house activities.

OTHER DUTIES:

a)Perform all tasks as detailed in daily task list and check list.

b)Full understanding of the recreational facilities and activities

c)Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work areas at all times

d)Drive revenues for the department;
