ATTN: Hiring Manager
To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is in reference to the nursing position available within your organization. I am a graduate of Kingsborough Community College. I am currently enrolled in Chamberlain University of Nursing pursuing my bachelor’s degree and expect to graduate September 2020.
I have completed clinical rotations in which I have had the opportunity to work with all different kinds of patients. I have had the pleasure of working in labor and delivery, where I helped deliver babies and care for postpartum patients. I have worked in pediatrics and mastered the fine art of patience. My medical surgical clinical was filled with diverse patients such as diabetes, COPD, cardiac issues and more. I have worked in the psychiatric department with patients suffering from depression, eating disorders, schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. I have also completed clinicals in a nursing home where I performed wound care and PEG tube feedings.
As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to become a nurse. My joy in life comes from helping people. Naturally, I have always been a nurturer. I am a patient, compassionate, honest person. I am a team player, a leader and a quick learner. I work well under pressure and have great communication skills.
I appreciate your time and consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or emails should you have any questions. I look forward to speaking with you to further discuss this position and a possible working relationship.
Sincerely,
Natalie Chabi
