As intern in Yaantra, I participated in two campaign. Campaign 1: - I was part of campaign conducted by yaantra.com in Bengaluru for their newly launched Yaantra Retail Mobile App, during my internship in yaantra.com. As intern in Yaantra, I was assigned task to spread awareness, promote & convince retailer to download and register “Yaantra retail” application by visiting non- existing retailers. I was succeeded in convincing 97 non-existing retailers to install application and make few of them order from it. Campaign 2: - Along with visiting non- existing clients (retails), I've conducted intercept interview of existing clients (Retailers) of yaantra.com to get feedback from them and to exercise Service recovery paradox if they faced any bad experiences before.
