Presently I’m working in COROMANDAL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, Visakhapatnam plant. from 20th, December 2017 as a Technician (process)

Undergone 6 months industrial training in HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED-VISAKHA REFINARY in Visakhapatnam and 6 months iinTOYOTSU REAR EARTHS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED IN VISAKHAPATNAM from June 2016 to may 2017.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinating with other field operators in day to day duties.

Communicate and following instructions of Shift Engineer and Panel Operator and carryout, instructions efficiently and safely.

Follow up to work permit system as per standing instructions.

Plant start up and shut down activities and monitoring the equipment’s condition.

Maintain detailed records of all activities & check-lists, Inspection reports, S/D activities, Lab analysis reports, running hour sheets, Environment monitoring sheets etc. for follow-up and revision.

Operating manual review, scheduling of Preventive Maintenance & Operating activities. Releasing of equipment for maintenance,

Analysis of different parameters and provide necessary guidelines for process improvement.

Safe handling of chemicals & acids. Maintaining safety environment, good housekeeping in plant.

Inspection of lines flanges for proper gaskets, inspection of flow & restriction orifices.

Co-ordination with QA & QC, Regulatory affairs, Safety, Maintenance dept. (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation).

Continuous monitoring of on-going maintenance activities in designated work area and commissioning of repaired or maintained equipment to ensure functionality.

Ability to communicate clearly by Wireless Radio and by other means.

Team player in a safety walk downs, safety review meetings & reporting unsafe action and rectifying.

Initiation to minimize the risks in work area by bringing the awareness on SH&E, 5S etc.

Fire & Safety:

Under gone Fire fighting training by using various types of fire extinguishers.

Having the Knowledge of wearing Personal Protective system and first aid activity.
