In the East- Central European market the company is expanding its automotive software development and testing activities.
The role is to discover the Hungarian automotive market, analyse it's size, specific domains, current and future needs, conceptualize the market entry with organic or natural growth, furthermore to list and evaluate potential M&A targets. It is crucial to have an overall understanding of the automotive domain related software functions and difficulties in the development and testing.
Results in well-established contacts with the leading Hungarian automotive corporations and governmental institutes, which led to mid and long term contracts even before establishing a local entity. Project Engineering @ Infineon (Cegléd) 03/2017 - 08/2017 Infineon is a one of the largest semiconductor manufacturing corporation. The task was analysing IGBT manufacturing processes, methods and equipment in order to explore improvement possibilities, and executing the improvement projects. The work resulted in the standardisation of the part carriers' positioning solutions, development of a new spare parts ordering system and starting a soldering automation project. Business Development @ Wamech (Kraków, PL) 07/2016 – 01/2017 Wamech is a Polish company that produces internal logistics equipment for the major automotive companies like DAIMLER and MAN.
The work was to single-handedly build up a Business Plan, Marketing plan, Cash flow plan for entering the Hungarian market with a joint venture. During the negotiations on the Shareholders Agreement and the Articles of Association acquired a good understanding of the business related legal terms and processes. Led the creation and SEO of the Hungarian company website and the translations of the brochures&catalogs with suppliers. These activities resulted in contract for a tailor made intralogistic solution for the Hungarian plant of a multinational automotive supplier.
